How long will it take for arrival of my order?

It Can take up to 21 business days due to new laws, regulations, and staff decrease at multiple warehouses we use. Please be patient and know if there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

It’s been a week, where’s my order?

Again, with the new restrictions because of Covid-19, this small business operates at a slower pace than a major business. We are taking good care of each package and following rules to make sure your item arrives without any issues.

I received shipping confirmation, but nothing has updated yet, where’s my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is getting ready for shipment. It may take several days for your tracking to update due to limited staff and carrier delays because of Covid-19 precautions. As well as being a very small business. Please be patient and understand there will be delays due to this. We’re working very hard to get your order to you as soon as we can.

 

Can I change my address?

We are no longer allowing guest to change their address weeks later. You Can change your address within 2 business days or before the items ship before that time. If we shipped your item say day or next day, you will not be able to change the address you gave.
Please make sure to put in the correct address as we are not responsible for any errors made by the customers or carriers.


I see the policy says no refunds, can I return for my money back?

All sales are final. No exceptions. No refunds. No exchanges. We work very hard to handle each order. (Each order is made to order.)
